Picked up my new Gold Licence on the weekend from the local RTA. No, its not because i’m a bad driver, but i’ve only had my licence for the last 6 years. What’s dissapointing is that its not as exciting as obtaining Gold Frequent Flyer status with Qantas. No special lanes opened up on the freeway for me to get to work faster 🙁
I wonder if it would incent people to drive better and obtain their gold licence if they changed all the bus lanes & T2 lanes into Gold licence driver lanes only?
