Just got home after watching another of my favourite bands, Eskimo Joe, live out at Blacktown RSL. WOW! What an awesome gig. I’ve been a fan of EJ since they used to play live years ago on the ABC’s Recovery show on Saturday mornings.
I’ve been playing their latest album “a song is a city” so often since it was released that its almost warn out, and tonight they not only honored the greatness of it, they blitzed it!
The question I have is, why on earth aren’t these guys getting the recognition they deserve? They would easily have to be the best band in Australia at the moment. Yet, they are not on the charts!
